Lost Photographs

I have a Samsung lite and all my photos have gone from my gallery without myself deleting them..
Any ideas guys and gals..

Have you tried looking in a file manager app to see if you see them there anywhere in case they got moved to another folder some how?

What was the last few things you were doing before you realized they were gone? Does anyone else have access to the tablet?

It's a Samsung phone and was only person using it ..I was having networks problem on train so switched phone off then on

Open a file manager and navigate to the photos folder and see if you see the images. Also, check in places like download or other folders where the images could have been moved to (by accident) if not deleted.

Merged multiple threads.

Open your Camera app, tap the Settings icon, and look through the settings for the option to choose default storage location. Is it set to Internal/Phone Storage or External SD Card? If it's set to the external SD card, then it's possible your card is corrupt, and you've lost some or all of the data that's on the card.
