Is it safe to use lower than 1Amp charger for tablet.

My original 5V, 2Amp low quality charger haw defect in USB port so I want to use better Samsung USB charger whit lower current. Is this safe to continue to use. In HWInfo32 its showing some times charging rate is 0 - 1 W

Either one would be fine. The tablet would only take whatever it needs.
