galaxy s6, damages and jump

I have a galaxy s6 gold, and I have the jump well a few weeks ago I dropped it and on the side it has a crack. other then that my screen is perfect my phone turns on and no water damage, will I still have to pay a damage fee if I use my jump to upgrade to a new phone really want to go from a galaxy to an iPhone if not atleast to another galaxy
