Why won't my droid turn on/work?

[AC Question]

So, a while back ( 4-6 months), my phone stopped working. It'd always be on, usual start up screen, et cetera...then a black screen. I'd turn it off, and, without anything touching it, it'd turn on again and resume normal black screen.
Now, it's plugged into my wall "charging". There's a white blinking light and the screen keeps flickering on and off.
How can I fix this?

Sounds like it is broken. I would send it to the manufacturer for a warranty replacement
