Why do I keep getting "Music has unfortunately stopped working?"

AC Question

After I plug my galaxy S5 into my laptop to download new music that I've added to Itunes (via doubleTwist), I continually get "music has unfortunately stopped working" message when going into the music app on my phone. I've tried clearing the cache, which hasn't helped and often have to reboot the phone (which sometimes works and sometimes doesn't). Can someone help me find a solution, since it happens every time after I plug my phone in and can be very frustrating?

Hi and sorry for the delayed response. The music app I'm using is the default galaxy "music" app. All the music files are MPEG (.mp3) files, standard format on my Itunes. What's weird is that it was working fine when I first began using and downloading music from doubleTwist, but began acting weird later on. I'm also hesitant to delete and reinstall the app, since it's the default one on my galaxy S5.
