Galaxy S6 Active battery draining while charging (even w/ fast charger)

Maybe for about a week now, my phone's battery will decrease when I plug it in, or it won't charge as quickly as it used to.

I'm using the same Fast Charging Adapter and everything, and the status bar even shows that it's "Fast Charging" when it's plugged in. But my phone will be at 20% when I start charging it, and it'll go down to 19% if I use it. This didn't use to be a problem. ): I tried downloading a Battery Doctor, but I just uninstalled it because I thought it was making it worse.

It depends what your usage is. If you use it while on charge it's a bit like trying to fill a bath without the plug in the drain. What happens if you allow it to charge, without any usage?
