Can I use my Samsung Galaxy mini 2 in Chile

Hi, I read in my travel guide that I should look up if my mobile phone is operating on either 850 MHz og 1900 MHz. Wikipedia tells me it's operating on 800 MHz so I would conclude that I can't use it in Chile. Is that correct?
