My Android keeps saying, "Unfortunately, yelp has stopped."

As a matter of fact, it keeps shutting down all my apps. Saying my facebook, camera, and swagbucks has stopped, too.

Try a Cache Partition wipe.
If no go, try Safe Mode, to test whether a third-party app may be causing trouble.
