I keep getting a message saying, unfortunately mobile id has stopped. What can I do to correct the problem?

Hello Alisa, welcome to the forums! Which carrier do you have? Can you find that Mobile ID app in settings - apps - all tab? If so you could try clearing cache for the app and rev reboot.
