Why can't I connect my S2 Gear to a galaxy S4 and S5?

[AC Question]

When I took it back to the shop the retailer managed to connect the S2 Gear to his phone, yet it won't connect to mine (S4), nor my wife's (S5) both of which are completely updated.

Retailer informed me to update it via the kiss software. Has anyone had this problem?

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Do a soft reset. I had the same problem after I connected the s2 to one phone. Will not connect to another
