I just dropped my Galaxy S3, and the screen doesn't turn on. Is that an LCD problem?

My galaxy s3 isn't turning on after i dropped it. I can see the bottom two lights, and the corner of the screen somewhat turns on, but it's a bunch rainbow colours. Would i have to replace the LCD for that? Where can i find a cheap LCD?

It's probably display failure, but please bear in mind that a dependable remote diagnosis is hardly possible. Bear in mind also that damage other than that to the display may have been done, so that replacing the display may still leave you with a faulty device.
