I made a new Gmail account (Google+) and wanted to connect my galaxy s5 to the new account. I went ahead and did a factory data reset on my phone not thinking I would lose all the photos in the phones gallery (Facepalm)
I re-activated the Google account but the 90% of the photos were not backed up to Google+

I really hope there is a way to still get all the photos from the camera roll that were not backed up?? I cant seem to figure out how? I need help! Please and thank you

Welcome to Android Central! That will probably be impossible. Assuming you didn't back these photos up anywhere else, the only thing you can try is to root the phone and then use a file recovery program (which isn't always successful). Rooting a phone requires writing to the storage, which means some deleted files will be overwritten (and therefore completely unrecoverable). http://forums.androidcentral.com/amb...ted-files.html
