Hi, I am using a LG G4 on sprint. About 3 weeks ago I started getting complaints from friends (some sprint some ATT and some Verizon) that the MMS that I was sending were going through as many as 20-30 times in a row.
I have factory reset my phone.
I have reset all of the network profiles that I can find to reset.
I have talked to Sprint and they seem to have no idea what to do other than the standard read from a script response.
Does anyone have any idea,
A) What the issue may be and..
B) How to fix it.
