why my zeepad wont except the reboot stuff

zeepad 7.0 wont reboot and reset wont too.how can i reinstal for i can use my tabelt. gigi im leaening about whats firmware will that help to reinstall my zeepad to work.can i download it on a sd to put it on my zeepad
