Samsung A8 contacts

When I add a new contact I get 2 of the same contacts but each with its own options like the whtsap speed dial and whtsap msg while the other is blank...now when I add a new contact I only get the blank one instead of the multi optional one...what can I be doing wrong? How can I get the contact with speed dials and whtsap linkage?
