Hi, I have just changed from apple to samsung and have years of music stored in iTunes. I am using a mac book and the software is up to date. I have tried to connect to android file transfer but it keeps saying 'try reconnecting or restarting your device'
I have restarted both the phone and Mac book but no joy.
How do I transfer my music files over from iTunes??? Xx
