can't wake up my screen

my phone screen can not wake up during incoming calls plz help me

HI and welcome to AndroidCentral.

The screen should dim when you place your phone against your ear and turn on if you remove it from your ear.

Are you using a screen protector? If so, does it cover your proximity sensor?

Is your proximity sensor area dirty if you are not using a screen protector?
