How to get "Print Spooler" file/apk/ after accidentally deleting it via titanium backup

Is there a way without reflashing the rom just to get the print spooler file and place it back where it goes via root browser?

Contact the rom developer and ask him to send it to you

I actually found the file on the net. Now I need to know where in my root browser it needs to be placed. It's actually a stock rom and I debloated it myself via TB. Do you have a clue or know where to pinpoint me in the direction?
