Doogee F5 privacy protection password forgoten

[AC Question]

I've used a special option on my Doogee F5 to protect against stol and after changing the sim I have to enter a password I can't remember (I even think i have never define a password). I sent to myself a text from the number I declared but no text came back as it is supposed to do. How could I do now ?

If you bought your phone through a carrier, then I would contact them for a replacement unit
