Yesteday, my phone's sound worked, but now I can't turn the volume up or down, unless I change it in settings. I can't screenshot anything, when I press the power and volume button, it gives the power off/restart settings. I have given my phone a hard reset, and it did not help. My phone is a ZTE Unico LTE, and it has been reconditioned, however, this has not been a problem before.
