My EM756 won't allow me access into the Play Store. It keeps trying to connect but won't.

I have 3 EM756 tablets and only 2 of them won't allow me access to the Play Store. I was able to access it when I first turned them on but since then I did an update, and know it won't work. Tries to connect but won't. No troubles with the other tablet--didn't do the update on this one.

I would try to clear cache and app data on the Google play store app

My daughter and I got two of these for Christmas and we both have the same problem. Go your tablet settings, click apps, click Google play SERVICES not google play store. Uninstall updates. We do this and it lets us get into the store and download any app we want. Most apps won't work until you update Google play services. Meaning next time you want to go back to the store you have to install the updates again. Our apps do not seem affected by doing this over and over. It's just a pain. Hope this helps you. Now if I could just get video ads to stop looping.

I can't do anything with the tablet no internet or WiFi connection please help me
