I had this problem on my s4, upgraded to the note 5 and I've had this phone for 2 Days and I'm getting them again? Is there a glitch in the OS, are they really being hacked? What can I do about this? Redirects me to download some anti virus app that ends up telling me my phone is fine (haven't done it on my note but when doing it on my s4 it always said my phone had no threats)

It is malware. Report it to Google:
