I cant delete apus and many other apps have installed such as battery manager nor does it has defaults nor cache when I tried many other ways of deleting it

Welcome to Android Central! It may be due to some app you initially installed. Have you tried uninstalling apps one by one? If that doesn't help, then you may have to do a factory reset. Before that, though, go to Settings>Backup & Reset, and uncheck Automatically Restore. Then do the factory reset. After finishing the Setup Wizard, go immediately to the Play Store and prevent any app from automatically installing. Now see if the problem persists.
