What is wrong with my Galaxy Grand Prime???

This is going to sound REALLY strange. My phone works GREAT as long as I keep the back off of it. If I try and put the back on the screen goes black and I cant use it. I can see backlighting but the screen is black. Also if I try to touch the screen it goes all weird and shows lines or weird spectrum but nothing on the screen. Then I take the back off and hit the power button and it is back to normal.....WTH Is going on with it!!!

Hi, it sounds like the back cover of the phone is pushing against something that's causing the issue. I would take it to a repair store and have a professional look at it. Have you tried purchasing a new back to the phone to see if that helps?
