My Laptop cant able to connect to my Samsung Galaxy Grand(GT-19082)

It is working and connect with different pcs and other laptops but it doesnt work for my laptop. I tried by changing the data cable and restart my laptop as well my phone but not still working.

Welcome to Android Central! What version of Windows is the laptop running (assuming it's a Windows PC)? Have you tried a different USB port?
