i need your help, i can't fix my aunt tablet, i've reseted the device like 4 times, and the malwares keep on coming back. I installed AVG fro mobile, found them, when i tried to delete them, error message, then i installed Malwarebytes, found 19, but can't removed, always get the uninstall not successful. Can anyone help me? maybe there's a way to simply erase everything and reload the os like we do on Windows?
