My HTC EVO 4G is stuck in white booting screen.

AC Question

Hi,

I have a freedompop HTC EVO 4G(sprint network) and it used to work just fine. But since several weeks ago, sometimes it would get stuck in the white booting screen. Sometimes it will boot up. Whenever it got stuck in the white screen, I just reboot it again by doing the recovery from this post (140690-my-htc-evo-4g-stuck-reboot-infinite-loop.html). But now, this method no longer works. I've tried everything I can, factory reset many many times, still no success. Looks like it just won't pass the white screen.

So, today, I did the power + volumn -> BootLoader->Recovery -> reboot to clockworkmod, then select Restore from an old backup, it did restore, but seems too quick. It finished restore for about 1 minute. Then I reboot it, still no success.
Now when I try to bootloader->Recovery, it will reboot but got stuck at the white screen again, even won't let me go to clockworkmod.

So what should I do?

Here is some info when I enter the first screen with power + volumn
