Samsung s6 edge + charges so slow

[AC Question]

Pretty much when i plug my phone into a wall via a fast charge adapter my phone will charge from 0-100% within the hour. However when i do not use the fast charge plug and use a usb port on a computer for example it says it will take 3 hours 27 mins to charge and my phone is on 45%. Is this a common issue? and is there any possible way to make it quicker?

Hi, it isn't really a 'common issue' it's more fact - using the fast charger charges the phone fast, not using it doesn't charge it fast. Also. charging the device from a computer usb port will charge slower than any wall adapter as it's using less voltage to charge the device.

You could upgrade your computer to a new motherboard with power-boosted USB ports. An expensive option to be sure.
