Change screen unlock from fingerprint back to swipe on Galaxy 5.

I registered my fingerprint so that I could use fingerprint on a bank application. Big mistake because the fingerprint pattern is rarely successful and I have to use the password. I want to change it back to swipe, and tried in "lock screen" in settings, but swipe is greyed out. States " Turned off by administration, encryption policy, or credential storage." How do I get around this?
