Samsung Galaxy Note 3 Doesn't Connect to GSM Network

A

AC Question

I bought Samsung Galaxy Note 3 (SM-N9005). It came with Android 4.X.X. Anyway, I bought it from Saudi Arabia, but in the box it says that it works in all middle eastern countries. I updated it to Android 5.0 using the update feature on the device. I also tested a SIM card and it worked. However, when I brought it Yemen, whenever I insert a SIM car it doesn't connect to the network. It recognizes the card, but no signal is received.

I was told that maybe when I updated the phone some files for GSM are missing. However, I want to return the phone to its original state.

Can anyone provide with links and instructions to solve this problem?
I don't want to root the device to not loose the warranty.

Thank you.

Thank you, I know that 2G should work.

I want to restore it to its factory state.
I found in this website: samsung - updates dot com (I can't post links)

If I used it with something called Odin, will it affect its warranty or not?
