The display is been broken, can I replace it? How I can do?

If you diagnose correctly what needs replacing, you may be able to buy the spare parts and do the repair yourself. But it requires skill, care, and preferably experience.
Also, how certain are you that whatever damaged the screen did not also do other damage, of which you are unaware?
In other words, please be careful not to waste your money, and only proceed if you are very confident.
