my phone as 3g and i can connect to the internet yet cant make calls

it says that its connected to EE and has 3g which I can connect to the internet but unable to make any calls or texts. It says conditional call forward active. I have been to the settings and into call forwarding and it says network or sim card error. What does this mean?

Hello! You should probably take this to EE and have them give you a new sim card.
