contact info on the lock screen that scrolls, or moves

The lock screen on the lg g4 has lost phone info ... how do I get it to "scroll" or move? My husband's moves, and mine remains still. I would like mine to move too, because it is easier to see and catches the founder's eye better than a still notification. I have looked everywhere to find where to switch this, and can find nothing to change to make it scroll. Can anyone help me?
