Locked out of s6

[AC Question]

I'm locked out of my s6, fingerprint option no longer appears, I cannot remember the device password or Google ID. I've tried to find the Google logon and reset but apparently it doesnt recognise any back up email addresses or phone numbers I would have provided.
Is a factory reset my only option and start from scratch and will it definitely allow me back in after losing all data?

Have you installed Samsung Kies?

Samsung Kies isn't going to help and without password backups the OP is pretty much screwed if the reactivation lock is on as that will prevent a reset.
