Need help with samsung galaxy tab 10.1

my tablet doesn't start unless it's connected to a laptop. it doesn't charge when its connected or otherwise. when it does start, it's goes into a reboot loop. my applications are all backed up. What is the problem here? and how to resolve it please help.

I would try to do a factory data reset.

If that doesn't work, take it to a Samsung service center to have them flash the stock rom
