LG G3 LGLS990 - Why is my wi-fi stuck "turning on"?

A

AC Question

I've had this phone for about a year, bought it slightly used from Swappa, everything has been humming along. Then, just about a week ago, my wi-fi stopped working. The device seems to be stuck in a perpetual state of "turning on wi-fi". When it is on, the wi-fi doesn't even work, and sometimes the option to turn off the wi-fi is greyed out. It does turn itself off at random times, then just turns right back on, and I can't do anything about it. I've wiped the cache from the the hard boot screen, I've done a full factory reset, removed the SD card, and many other things, and nothing seems to work. Any ideas? Thanks.

If you phone is not longer under warranty, I suggest to check on the XDA forum to see if installing a custom ROM may fix the issue. If you still have warranty, check with LG to see if can be repair or replace.
