Why does my bluetooth keep disconnecting from my Samsung Galaxy Core Prime?

[AC Question]

I can connect to bluetooth devices, such as my wireless headphones and my selfie stick, but after say 30 seconds, it disconnects and turns the bluetooth off on my phone. Why is this? Its not the other devices, as my tablet connects fine to my headphones and I've tried clearing the cache and data and force stopped it, but none of that has worked. Anyone got any other suggestions?

Reboot both devices and see if that helps. If there's an option to forget Bluetooth device and add it back do that as well and see if it helps.
