Problem with SD card encryption

Hello. So I am using SD card encryption on my Samsung Galaxy S5. Today something happened, I might have accidentally removed the SD card without unmounting it and now the device is not able to access it anymore. If I put my SD card in my computer (Mac) I can browse it but I cannot open any file as finder tells me the file "cannot be open as it might be a format not recognized". When I put it back in the phone it does not sees it at all. Is there a way/software (by having the password, because i have it) to decrypt the SD card, since the phone apparently is not seeing it anymore?
