I Can't Edit, Copy, Move File to SD Card after granting ES File Explorer File Manager Root Access

All is fine when Im using my Phone for the past 6 months but then I decided to have a new file explorer because the stock is boring for me. I installed ES File Explorer File Manager then I used it to moved a files to my Micro SD Card and it asked me for a root access and grant it. The operation is good but after awhile I cant access my SD Card anymore and I think it is now in a Read Only Mode. Any Help?
