Just bought galaxy note 5--phone bars only 1--no matter where I go-??

I changed from ATT to Galaxy note 5 two days ago--with the iphone I got at least 3bars reception at home and now with the galaxy note5 I;m lucky to get 1bar--no matter where I go--another worker has a note4 and gets 4bars --and I barely get 1 reception--Whats up?

Does your phone work well when it reads one bar? Different phones will show reception differently. It still wouldn't hurt to take it to AT&T and double check with them.
