Pop ups sending me to Google Play

I tried to watch a movie online but Google Play kept randomly opening, so I downloaded it from the site thinking the pop ups would stop. But every time that I go online onto a certain site to watch anime, Google Play still opens and it always has the same app, Uber. I deleted the movie, cleared my cache and attempted to find an antivirus for this issue, but nothing has worked. Please help.

I would try to remove any apps that you recently installed to see if you still have the same problem
