How can I remove the encrypted password to open my samsung galaxy 4g phone

Welcome to Android Central! Removing encryption usually requires a factory reset. You usually can't toggle it off once you've encrypted. Which phone is it? 4G isn't the name of a phone--it just means it's 4G LTE capable.
