Irritating notifications while using other Apps

[AC Question]

All the time notifications like "Face Provider has stopped working" or "DCIM provider has stopped working" are appearing while using other applications. The phone has been formatted and reformatted but this notification is reappearing all the time.

I would try to do a factory data reset and don't install any apps to see if you still have the same problem.
