My screen was flashing solid color and now the screen doesnt work with a blinking blue LED help?

The screen on my gf phone was flashing solid purple ish color,tried to reboot it with the power and volume - ,that didnt help. So now the the screen doesnt work but the touchwiz is. The blue LED light is still blinking

Sounds like a bad main board. Bring it to a repair shop.
