Galaxy Edge 6 the water proof android

When I am talking with some one on the phone all of a sudden ttthhhhheeeeyyyy sssssooouuunnnnddddd lllliiikkkeeee ttthhiiiiisssss sounding in slow motion. When I ask the person that I am speaking with they say I sound normal??? Is this the android or is this the government tapping my phone and this is a real question and I am not being paranoid?

Try going in to your dialer app, go to the top right, go to the settings, try turning off the noise reduction option. See if that fixes it.
