Note 5 battery drains after 5%

hey what's up guys I have a quick question my note 5 for one is being good with me but the only issue I have is the battery, everything is good on it don't get me wrong but I notice once my phone is at 5% it drains so fast not even 5 mins it goes dead and yes I'm using it but even when I do use it it doesn't die that quick only at 5% note 5 I'm with t mobile

You shouldn't really let the battery get that low and subsequently allow to fully discharge as it will damage the battery
