i m using micromax A190 with android 4.4,

in my phone unwanted apps automatically installed and also KLO bug report app installed in my phone, due to this my phone getting hang and apps not properly launched. plz help me ......I have already formatted my phone and external memory also but problem as it is.

Welcome to Android Central! Try a factory reset again, but this time, go to Settings>Backup & Reset and uncheck Automatically Restore. Then do the reset. As soon as you're done with the Setup Wizard, go immediately to the Play Store and prevent any app from installing automatically. Does the problem persist?
