GS4 touch screen not working.

My daughter just replace the LCD digitizer on her GS4. The screen turns on but the touch screen does not work at all. We tried a factory reset and that did nothing. Is there any thing else to try before getting a replacement screen again?

I assume she did the work herself. Open the phone and check all the connections - pull the plugs and plug them in again. Make sure no wire is being pinched when the phone is closed up. Make sure everything is in place, where it should be. (Look at a few Youtube disassembly videos and go backwards, checking every plug and every wire.)

Yeah thanks I did all that. One of the videos I watched showed like 5 bad screens. They all light up but the touch does not work.
