My updated facebook app keeps crashing on my htc one m8?

When i update my facebook app on my device it stops working , then if i delete the updated version and use the factory version it works..

Welcome to Android Central!

Try doing the update and then go to your settings, applications, all apps, find the Facebook app and clear the data. That should reset the application and might solve the issue.

Did that twice and still the same issue. I think it's a bad fb update for me that's causing it.

I have an LG Optimus L90 and it keeps crashing, even after resetting the application. How do I install the previous version before the updated version?
