Why is my cast doesnt work

My HTC m8 can find the cast device, but after selecting the device it says "cast has ended", "unable to connect to chrome cast". But other phones can connect to the chrome cast. The issue came after I changed my SD card into internal storage.

Is there any solution for this?

Welcome to Android Central! That's interesting, especially if it ends up being caused by using adoptable storage. I've been wondering what kinds of issues might arise with its advent.

Have you already tried uninstalling the Chromecast app, then reinstalling? And rebooting the Chromecast device itself?
